I spent six years in global financial markets, trading and brokering across indices, oil, metals, and agricultural commodities. The lesson that shaped my thinking was simple: different conditions require different responses, and without a clear structure, performance is left to chance.

When I stepped into market expansion, what stood out was not a lack of effort, it was the absence of a real operating discipline. Activity existed, but intelligence, execution, and performance measurement were not working together as one system.
